  • How do I register and open an online account?

    Registering for an online account on TaskGloves.com is easy. Simply fill out and submit the online registration form here.

  • How do I edit my account information?

    To edit your account information, you must login and go to My Account. Once there, click on Account Information from the left menu.

  • What can I do if I am having trouble with my password?

    To reset your password, simply click the Forgot Your Password? link just above the login button. On the next page, you will be asked to enter the email you used to registered your account with us. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password a few moments after clicking submit.

  • How do I place an order

    You can go to checkout with all the items in your shopping cart. You will be required to enter your billing information whether you are placing an order as a guest or as a registered customer.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. We also except Checks from Businesses with an established Task Gloves Account, please contact a sales representative for further information on this payment process. Please note that we DO NOT accept COD or American Express as a payment method.

  • How will I know if my order has been shipped?

    Yes. Log in and go to My Account dashboard then click on My Orders from the left menu.

    No. We currently do not require our customers to place a minimum order.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order online by yourself. To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service representative by calling 888-500-5382 or use our live chat.

  • Will I be charged sales tax?

    Yes. Taxes vary widely from country to country. If you are located in California and want to waive the sales tax 8.75% from your order then you must submit a California Seller Certificate (http://www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe230.pdf) with us.
